FACILITY POLICIES
· Inclement Weather
All cancellations will be posted 1½ hours before the start of class. Current students will also receive and email about the cancellation. Check out the homepage of our website. If there are no class cancellations posted, classes will be held as scheduled. Check WOOD TV-8 for cancellation listings under Northeast Jazzercise. Call Gina at (616) 322-8256 or (616) 980-0119 - OUR POLICY IS WE’D RATHER BE SAFE THAN SORRY!
· Footwear
Sneakers are required to participate in class. Please do not wear muddy, wet, or dirty sneakers onto the dance floor. Please change from your 'street shoes' into your exercise sneakers before walking onto the dance floor. This keeps the flooring dry and safe for everyone.
· EFT Cancellation/Hold
After your first EFT withdrawal, accounts can be cancelled for any reason by the 15th of any month by filling out an EFT cancellation form at the front desk. Accounts can ONLY be held for medical emergencies. NO HOLDS can be accepted for any other reason. We will be unable to refund any monies if the EFT HOLD or CANCELLATION was not received by the 15th of the month via EFT cancellation form. Please refer to your EFT agreement for more information. EFT changes can not be made via phone or e-mail.
· Children Participating in Class
Jazzercise encourages children to be physically active. Children are able to participate in class providing they are accompanied by an adult and able to complete the entire class.
· Gum
Chewing gum presents a choking hazard during class. No gum chewing, please.
· Perfumes and odors
Please do not apply perfume, cologne or scented body sprays before coming to class, though deodorant use is most appreciated. As the body warms up fragrances and odors tend to be more pronounced. Your fellow Jazzerciser may be allergic or sensitive to perfumes and/or odors and may have difficulty breathing and/or become ill.
